Help Protect Full-Spectrum Hemp Products
A new federal law scheduled to take effect November 12, 2026 could make many of the full-spectrum hemp products you use today federally illegal. The law establishes an extremely low limit of 0.4 mg of THC per entire product container—not per serving. Because full-spectrum hemp naturally contains trace amounts of THC, many non-intoxicating CBD tinctures, gummies, capsules, topicals, and other products could exceed this limit.
This new law goes into effect on November 12, 2026! Congress still has time to fix this.
