SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $5 when you spend up to $50.00. We offer free shipping (only non-expedited shipping) on any order over $50. Please allow 5-7 business days after the ship date for your package to arrive. Shipments are fulfilled Monday thru Friday during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) excluding major holidays. All orders received after 11am EST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon so please check back in with us!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with the item(s) you purchased from Upstate Alchemy. If you are not satisfied, we will refund to you the purchase price of the item(s) returned (less shipping) upon receipt of your returned item(s). If you would like to make a return, please email us at sales@UpstateAlchemy.com and include your name, address, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on returning the item(s). We do not accept any returns without a return authorization number. We do not offer complimentary return shipping.

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
